A woman obsessed with The Lord Of The Rings had her ears reshaped so she would resemble an elf.

Melynda Moon paid the equivalent of £250 to have her ears cut and stitched back together in a pointed shape in a procedure that took just two hours.

‘I have always been very close to nature. Pointed ears are the most adorable thing, and I find the elven attire is so elegant,’ Ms Moon, from Ontario in Canada, said.

‘When I found out I could have my ears pointed I have never been so sure of something in my entire life.’

She added: ‘I will never go back to being human. Now I just lack the glitter and wings to fly.’

Caught On Camera: Angel Saves Dying Child In Hospital? - Do you think this is real or fake?

Published on 19 Jun 2013

A 14-year-old girl with a history of serious health issues lay dying of pneumonia in a hospital room. But as her mother waited for the girl to take her last breath, an image of bright light appeared on a security monitor. Within an hour, the dying girl began a recovery that doctors are at a loss to explain.

But Colleen Banton, the girl’s mother, has an explanation. “This was an image of an angel,” she told NBC News in a story reported Tuesday on TODAY. She credited the apparition with saving the life of her daughter Chelsea.

The incident happened in Charlotte, N.C., Chelsea had been born five weeks prematurely with developmental disabilities and had battled serious health problems all her life.

She is particularly susceptible to the types of pneumonia infections that had taken her to death’s door. Told that there was no hope for Chelsea, Colleen Banton had just instructed doctors to take her daughter off life support and allow nature to take its course when the apparition was seen.

It would be another two months before Chelsea finally left the hospital to return home, where she is about to celebrate her 15th birthday as well as Christmas. Her mother is convinced that Chelsea was saved by divine intervention.

Insane Timelapse of a Rotating Supercell Looks Like an Alien Spaceship.

Photographer and storm chaser Mike Olbinski has captured some incredible storm footage over the years (such as this apocalyptic haboob in Arizona in 2011.) But his latest timelapse was something he’s been chasing down for over four years: a rotating supercell. Mike lives in Arizona, where that type of storm doesn’t happen. But he regularly visits the US Central Plains and said on his website that he’s been hoping to capture footage of “clouds that rotate and look like alien spacecraft hanging over the Earth.”

On June 3, 2013 he and his team were following storms near Booker, Texas. “We chased this storm from the wrong side (north) and it took us going through hail and torrential rains to burst through on the south side. And when we did…this monster cloud was hanging over Texas and rotating like something out of Close Encounters.”

A video I made a year ago. As the description on YouTube reads:

Back in 2010 I made 5 tracks and this is a video to one of them. The video contains footage which some people may find upsetting and uses actual war imagery. The video also includes snippets from various sources such as Depeche Mode - Peace and 30 Seconds To Mars along with Michael Jackson - Heal the World. The track can be downloaded as an mp3 from and so can the others.

Hope you enjoy it and let me know your thoughts good/bad and also if you think I should do another track.
